Cirkelswap

Dit jaar organiseert de Creatief met stempels groep onder de leiding van Hannie een kaartenswap.
Iedereen kan deelnemen. Je stuurt telkens een kaart naar een deelnemer en ontvangt telkens ook een kaartje van een andere deelnemer. Deze maand was het thema 'cirkels'. Er moesten meerdere cirkels te zien zijn gemaakt met verschillende technieken.
De eerste kaart is mijn bijdrage.Ik gebruikte een gelli plate achtergrond (die had ik nog liggen) bestempelde ze met rondjes en cirkeltjes in alle soorten.
De tweede kaart ontving ik van Petra. Prachtige kaart hé.

This year the Creatief met stempels group under the leadership of Hannie organizes a card swap. Everyone can participate. You send a card to a participant and in return you receive a card from another participant. This month the theme was 'circles'. Several circles had to be seen with different techniques.
The first card is my contribution. I used a gelli plate background on which I stamped several kind of circles.
I received the second card from Petra. What do you think of this beautiful card? I just love it.

Black ice techniek

Hallo allemaal,
Voor de maand januari gaf Christine ons als opdracht de 'Black ice' techniek te gebruiken. Na enkele you tube filmpjes bekeken te hebben, heb ik zelf maar wat geprobeerd.
Dit is het resultaat.
Twee kaartjes op zilverkleurig spiegelkarton. Misschien iets te zwart en teveel versamark.
Omdat ik toch meer van kleur hou, ben ik dan gaan experimenteren met het inkleuren van de tekening.
Daarna bordeauxkleurig karton gebruikt. Maar de zwarte inkt was hier te donker op. Dan maar met goud erover gestempeld. En daarna nog een gouden ondergrond.

I tried this month the 'black ice' technique. It was the challenge for January from the Creatief met stempels group.
I first watched some you tube films before I started experimenting.
I'm not sure that the result is what is expected but I'm satisfied with the result.
After two cards on silver cardstock I tried to color the image.
The others are respectively on bordeaux and gold mirror cardstock. Because the black ink was too dark on the bordeaux card, I overstamped the image with gold.
Photography was the hardest part of all.

Hallo allemaal,

Januari is al bijna voorbij maar het is vast nog niet te laat om jullie allemaal het allerbeste te wensen voor 2019. Een goede gezondheid en veel vrije tijd om jullie creativiteit te kunnen uitleven.

Wij hebben deze week het mooiste geschenk gekregen dat je kan indenken.
Dinsdag werd onze kleinzoon Jules geboren. Een pracht van een baby. Maar dat zal elke oma wel zeggen zeker. Wij zijn in elk geval dolgelukkig.

Though half of January I still want to wish you a wonderful 2019 in good health and with a lot of time to be creative.

This week we received the best present ever. Our daughter Erica and Timmy gave birth to a son 'Jules'. It's our first grandchild and we are very happy and proud. He's such a nice baby.

Hallo allemaal,

Eerst en vooral: Welkom Maria. Ik vind het heel fijn dat je ook mijn blog volgt. Ik hoop dat je er ook wat inspiratie in vindt.

Deze week hadden we onder de collega's een kerstfeestje. De bedoeling was voor één persoon een cadeautje mee te brengen.
Ik maakte voor haar een doosje met verschillende vakjes dat ik vulde met chocolaatjes.
Ik vond de inspiratie op de blog van Craft sensations.

For our Christmas party under colleagues we had to bring a little present for one person. I made her a box that I filled with chocolates.

Doosje met tissue papier - Fourniture box with tissue paper

Nogmaal hallo iedereen,
Op de Paper Artsy blog zijn deze maand allemaal projecten te zien met 'tissue paper' (papieren zakdoekjes). Hier is ook een uitdaging aan verbonden.
Ik had van mijn mama nog een oud doosje waar ze naaigerei in bewaarde. Dit heb ik geschilderd en beplakt met stukjes papieren zakdoek. Voor het deksel heb ik stempels gebruikt die verwijzen naar naaien en naaigerei. Op de zijkant heb ik Paper Artsy stempels gebruikt.

On the PaperArtsy blog you can see this month projects in which they use tissue paper. There are a lot of nice things. There is also a challenge connected to it.
I had since long an old box from my mother in which she kept sewing stuff.
I also wanted to use it for the same purpose and tried to make a vintage box of it with stamps related to sewing and furniture on the lid. On the side I used PaperArtsy stamps.

Goedemiddag allemaal,
Het is weeral een tijdje geleden dat ik iets toonde.
Deze zijn even blijven liggen omdat ik ze gebruikt heb als verjaardagskaartjes. En nu ze op hun bestemming zijn, kan ik ze hier ook tonen. Deze kaartjes maakte ik eerst voor de uitdaging van Christine voor de Creatief met stempels groep.
De uitdaging bestond erin om alcoholinkt te gebruiken. In de laatste kaart heb ik geprobeerd om inkt weg te nemen doorheen een stencil. Maar dat is niet helemaal gelukt naar mijn zin.

Dear all,
I didn't show these cards from the August challenge from the Creatief met stempels group yet.
The challenge was to use alcoholinks. In the last card I tried to lift ink through a stencil. I'm not completely pleased with the result.
