ATC swaps

Hallo beste vrienden,
Vorige maand heb ik deelgenomen aan twee ATC swaps.
De eerste was van onze stempelgroep Creatief met stempels. Het thema was vakantie.
Voor de andere swap van ATC België moesten we ATC's maken met een gesso achtergrond. En liefst met drie verschillende technieken.
Fijn dat je weer eens langskwam.

Dear friends,
In August in participated in two ATC swaps. The theme from the first was 'holidays'. It was organized by our stampinggroup 'Creatief met stempels'. The other one was from ATC Belgium. Here we had to make 3 ATCs with a gesso background. All three backgrounds had to be different. This is my contribution.

Black ice techniek

Hallo allemaal,
Voor de maand januari gaf Christine ons als opdracht de 'Black ice' techniek te gebruiken. Na enkele you tube filmpjes bekeken te hebben, heb ik zelf maar wat geprobeerd.
Dit is het resultaat.
Twee kaartjes op zilverkleurig spiegelkarton. Misschien iets te zwart en teveel versamark.
Omdat ik toch meer van kleur hou, ben ik dan gaan experimenteren met het inkleuren van de tekening.
Daarna bordeauxkleurig karton gebruikt. Maar de zwarte inkt was hier te donker op. Dan maar met goud erover gestempeld. En daarna nog een gouden ondergrond.

I tried this month the 'black ice' technique. It was the challenge for January from the Creatief met stempels group.
I first watched some you tube films before I started experimenting.
I'm not sure that the result is what is expected but I'm satisfied with the result.
After two cards on silver cardstock I tried to color the image.
The others are respectively on bordeaux and gold mirror cardstock. Because the black ink was too dark on the bordeaux card, I overstamped the image with gold.
Photography was the hardest part of all.

Zomaar - Just ...

Na het doosje hadden we niet zoveel inspiratie meer. Daarom een Craft stamper opengeslagen en willekeurig een keuze gemaakt om kaartjes te maken.

After the box and the cards we didn't had inspiration anymore. So we got it from an old Craft stamper which we opened at random and made what was before us. And I liked it.
